Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. To enter, customers must submit their entry on TakingShape.com by answering the question “Tell us in 25 words or less your style dilemma you would like iCurvy & Taking Shape to help you solve”
  3. Customers must provide their name, email address and telephone number as part of the transaction.
  4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees of TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd, TS14+ New Zealand Pty Ltd, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Limit one entry per person.
  5. The competition commences 20th January 2021 at 00:01 (AEDT) and closes 31st January 2021 at 23:59 (AEDT).
  6. Time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is submitted.
  7. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
  8. Winners will be drawn on Tuesday 2nd February 2021 at TS14+ Australia (96 Herbert St, Northcote 3070) at 12noon AEDT.
  9. Winner will be notified via email and telephone and prize must be claimed by 11.59am on Wednesday 3rd February 2021.
  10. Winner will be announced via Taking Shape social media channels and on the website Takingshape.com
  11. Promoters:
    • Legal Entity: The Trustee for Vestito Unit Trust (Trading As: TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd) ABN 69 032 764 154. Address: 27 Mollison St, Abbotsford VIC 3067.
  12. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Neither is the Promoter responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
  13. There will be five (5) winners with:
    Major Prize
    • 1 x $500 Taking Shape Gift Card and Style Session with iCurvy
    • Gift Card will be issued in the currency of winner’s residential address – AUD
    Minor Prize
    • 4 x $500 Taking Shape Gift Cards
    • Gift Card will be issued in the currency of winner’s residential address – AUD
    Total prize value is up to $2,500 (including GST)
  14. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses in redeeming the prize.
  15. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  16. Prize values are based upon the Australian recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
  17. To redeem this prize, the promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
  18. The prize, Taking Shape Gift Card can only be redeemed in Taking Shape Boutiques, Clearance Stores or Online at TakingShape.com. They cannot be redeemed in Taking Shape Myer Concept Stores.
  19. The prize, style session with iCurvy will take place online (via zoom or similar conference call program) unless a Taking Shape store is conveniently located for both iCurvy and the prize winner.
  20. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated in these terms and conditions, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
  21. In participating in the prize, winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all media editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
  22. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to TS14+.
  23. The Promoters’ decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
  24. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
  25. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters’ ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
  26. All entries become the property of both Promoters. The Promoters collect personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion for marketing purposes. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party outside of the Promoters.
