Very Underwhelming

Very disappointed...while the slippers have a nice soft feel, and a decent sole, there is nothing else nice I can say. Bought a size medium for my 84 year old mum for mothers day. The fit was completely wrong. Mum would normally be a medium, eg, peter alexander slip on slippers she's a large, I'm an extra large.These medium slippers are to big even for me and I'm a size 10 in women's shoes. It's disappointing as mum has been purchasing some really nice clothes that she has been very happy with, I hope this doesn't cause unnecessary worry when ordering in the future :(
