This sheer blue and white tie dye over top is so light giving some serious relaxed vibes! Wear a navy or white cami/tank underneath, and pair with white jeggings, light blue jeans or wide navy pants. Stroll in cool comfort along the beach, browse the shops or enjoy a lazy coffee outdoors. I wore this Cup Eve and despite a rainy Melbourne evening, I felt very Noosa chic!
