To check the progress of your order, visit the Global E website.
You'll need your Order ID and the matching email you used for your order.
You can get this from your order confirmation email or log in to My Account.
| Status | Terms |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your order has been successfully received in our system. |
| Card validated | Your order is now being packed in our warehouse. |
| Dispatched | Your payment was a success and the order is on its way to you. |
Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email message with a tracking link. You can track progress of your delivery via that link.
