I did size up and they are comfortable but not too loose.... why did I purchase these? Well I got the long legged swim leggings and then realised I needed something under them. Didnt want to wear undies, so I got these as they are flat and firrm with no ruffles and great to wear under my swim leggings (which are wonderful too by the way). cover my unsightly upper legs...

Glad I sized up. Normally I would buy a 12 to 14 in Taking Shape jeans and trousers due to my apple shape (larger tummy, slimmer hips and thighs). Size 16 in this high waist bikini pant is snug but not too tight. Loving how the powermesh supports and creates a smoother shape over my tummy. My measurements for rnreference: waist 122 cm, hip 117 cm, height 168cm, weight 97kg.
