The Everyday Denim Jacket in Indigo

The Everyday Denim Jacket It is not like the usual classic “regular” cut denim jacket in all the colours I bought before. I bought both the denim colours and the black version of this jacket. First let me say the fabric is excellent quality and the garments are beautifully made and finished. There is quite a soft feel to them. They are not stiff and have stretch which I love about TS denim jackets. TA make the best denim jackets and I have bought from many other stores and returned a few. No others have stretch or the professional elegant quality finish. Good quality buttons or studs and no messy threads, etc ever! The problem is the fit. I bought my regular size 18 which I have bought in all other classic style denim jackets (I don’t purchase longer back style as it does not suit me). This style is very snug. Firm fitting & Clingy below bust. Maybe sizing up would work but I returned all 3. Sizing up might mean it is too big across shoulders and chest. This is short cut at back and curved over the hips and belly coming to a U shape at front. I am only 156cm tall and this skims my waist at back, sticks to my hip dips which I can’t stand and emphasises the belly (looks better front on view. Covering tummy but tight fit) and curved bottom (particularly my side view) which I also do not like. I am not sure how a tall lady would fare with this. It looks ok on the model but hard for me to believe she is 181cm and wears 16! Why is it so short and snug on me??!!Sizes used to be reliable and uniform across the board as I had worked out which styles/design cuts work best for me and always ordered everything in 16 except jeggings were an 18 only. I am finding since introducing the 12 I had to go from S or 16 to 18 and sometimes a 20 which with my sizing self esteem issues annoys me. Since creating size 10 I now have to buy sizes 16,18 and 20 as all styles now differ and fabrics too affect fit, and my express post costs are expensive and multiple. I am very unhappy about this after years of being a long term, loyal and very happy diamond level customer *** Now the other problem with fit but all jackets in size 18 and one for quality control is:Black = tightestLight blue = most generous, best fitDarker/Indigo = medium fit out of the 3
