I own about 12 pairs of these. In every single colour. Including last year’s brown and olive. I have severe diastasis recti from pregnancy and need a baggier waist in pants but I also have skinny ankles so my leggings *never* fit nicely and are honestly very bunchy and sloppy around my ankles. So I do what the label says not to do and I throw them in a hot wash and then the dryer to shrink them slightly. I find that takes up the slack around the ankles but leaves the elastic waist big enough for my tummy issues. I only do this the once and for me, the fit is much better. Also, they last forever! I still have my bamboo leggings and dresses from 5 years ago! I can’t toss them because they’re so soft and comfy.
