• Enter their details at TakingShape.com between 00:01 AEST Monday 6th May 2024 and 23:59 AEST Sunday 26th May 2024, compromising of:
• First Name
• Surname
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Transaction Number
3. Customers must provide their name, email address and telephone number as part of the entry submission.
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand over 18 years of age. Employees of TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd, TS14+ New Zealand Pty Ltd, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Limit one entry per transaction.
5. The competition commences 6th May at 00:01 (AEST) and closes 26th May 2024 at 23:59 (AEST).
6. Time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is submitted.
7. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Winners will be drawn on Tuesday 28th May 2024 at TS14+ Australia (96 Herbert St, Northcote 3070) at 1pm AEST.
9. Winners will be selected by computer generated random selection.
10. Winners will be notified via in writing by email and telephone on Tuesday 28th May by 6pm (AEST)
11. Prize must be claimed by 1:30pm on Wednesday 12th June 2024 (AEST).
12. The 3 (three) Winners will be announced in writing on the website www.takingshape.com and on Taking Shape Social Media channels; Facebook and Instagram Stories on Wednesday 29th May 2024.
13. Second Chance Draw winner(s) will be selected by computer generated random selection.
14. Second Chance winner(s) will be drawn on Wednesday 12th June at TS14+ Australia (96 Herbert St, Northcote 3070) at 4pm (AEST).

Neither is the Promoter responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
17. There will be three (3) winners with each prize experience consisting of:
• 2 (Two) Tickets to & Juliet Performance at Lyric Theatre in Sydney, NSW between Saturday 1st June and Sunday 16th June 2024. Performance date to be chosen by the winner within the available dates (Valued Up to $330)
• Meet & greet with & Juliet cast, performers may vary from date to date
• 2 (two) Nights’ accommodation for 2 (two) in 4 Star Sydney Hotel (Valued Up to AU$1,200)
• Return Economy flights for 2 (two) from nearest capital city to Sydney, Australia (Valued Up to AU$1,500)
• 1 x $1,000 Taking Shape Gift Cards and Personal Styling Experience
• Each Individual Prize Pack valued up to AU$4,000/NZ$4,300 (including GST)

18. The winner(s) is responsible for any additional expenses in redeeming the prize.
19. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
20. Prize values are based upon the Australian recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
21. To redeem this prize, the promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
22. The prize, 2 (Two) Tickets to & Juliet Performance at Lyric Theatre in Sydney, NSW will be between Saturday 1st June and Sunday 16th June 2024. Performance date to be chosen by the winner within the available dates
23. The prize, Taking Shape Gift Card can only be redeemed in Taking Shape Boutiques, Clearance Stores or Online at TakingShape.com. They cannot be redeemed in Taking Shape Myer Concept Stores or on Myer.com.
24. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary and valid travel documentation including, passports, any requisite visas and vaccinations.  The winner and their travel companions will be responsible for any expenses incurred in obtaining necessary travel documentation, including any fines, or penalties incurred as a result of not having the requisite travel documentation. Itineraries are not guaranteed.
25. The Prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel within the nominated period, or does not take an element of the Prize within the time stipulated then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
26. The Prize is subject to availability. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, The Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to substantially equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
27. In participating in the prize, winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all media editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
28. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to TS14+.
29. The Promoters’ decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
30. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
31. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters’ ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
32. All entries become the property of both Promoters. The Promoters collect personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion for marketing purposes. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party outside of the Promoters.
