Holds plenty
These underwear are definitely well padded and hold a lot of moisture which is great for incontinence or periods rather than having to use pads. The way it comes up so high at the back provides peace of mind for the night as well.rnrnBiggest downside is the very thin elastic at the top. If you have a heavy flow and this absorbs it so much that it can get a bit heavy, the elastic just cannot hold them up and you will be trying to hold them up discreetly or constantly pulling g them back up. Definitely needs a better band around the waist.

These undies are as comfy as Humphrey, but they are highly ineffective as period underwear. The front gusset is not long enough at all, meaning that leaks will occur. Back gusset is perfect, but with the front small gusset, they are useless as period underwear.

Very comfortable. I found true to size and full brief. The gusset could come a little higher at the front. For me perfect for sleeping in for light leakage
