Unusually noisy fabric but works well

I have about 8 of these fans and they are brilliant - especially seeing as I'm at the age where I have an inbuilt heater 😆. I have one in every bag. I find the material seems stiffer than my other ones and makes too much noise when getting out of cover and slight noise when using. Still works well and great to pop in my pocket or handbag, as it fold up to nice and small.
