Decorate belt for under bust

This belt is perfect for under bust with any dress, tunic or longer top. It’s just the right width and can really make any dress look cute.

disappointed in sizing

heart broken. I got this and because I wanted to be able to wear on my waist or hips, I went up in size and bought the 20-24. I normally wear a 18 in most TS and a size 20 in pants so thought this would work. It doesn't. Have had to return it because it barely did up around my waist and hips, not even vaguely close. No stretch and way to small. Loved the look but the sizing isn't suitable for me.
