Pretty in pastels
I have had so many lovely comments about this blouse. rnIt’s pastel and pretty, flowy or pulled up and tied at the bottom. This blouse makes me feel good when wearing it.
Front Too Short
I was excited when I saw this top. I purchased a size 18, my usual size in TS. For me the floral print is gorgeous and it was a must-have in my wardrobe. Upon receiving the item, I found the fabric gorgeous, lightweight, summery and the floral print was stunning. Then I tried the top on. Sadly the style and fit was not correct for me. When the front is gathered, the top is very short on me, it cones just below my bust. If I let the front down, it sits above my waist, so my stomach area is not being covered. As a plus size female, I really want my belly covered. I am 170cm tall and have a long torso, hence the very short fit on me. Also the elastic on sleeves was very tight no matter which part of arm it sat on. The top also felt constricting along the back shoulders. If I were to go a size up, it would just be too wide. Sadly I had to return it. When in store I mentioned the length and was told it was designed for layering. A very strange style and fabric for layering. Its a top that definitely needs to be worn on its own on a beautiful hot summer day. This fabric would be lovely for a summer flowy dress, so please do bring out another item of clothing in this fabric. Perhaps I may be lucky second time round.
What a beautiful print
brought this because it was different, especially the tie up the middle, the fabric is beautiful, love the V-neck, and elastic sleeve band, rnThe print is just beautiful.
