I’ve been looking for the perfect and versatile sparkly top for some time. This is it… It can be dressed up or down and the gathering on one side seam gives it an interesting shape and pulls it to the off shoulder look. I sized up and I’m so glad I did, I could probably have sized up two sizes to get a nice loose slouchy fit
