Check Detail Bubble Dress

When I saw this dress I loved the style and the look, so I bought it and was so excited to receive it, when I tried it on the top was so tight. I ordered my usual size 18, but the dress I received was more a 14-16. I was so disappointed. I returned to TS. I could always rely on TS to secure my size, but lately this hasn't been so. Maybe they've changed manufacturer??

Looks nice but not for me....

Material is great quality but this dress is a smaller fit around bust & arms, and the contrast material is sparkly , which is not my thing. Purchased my usual TS size but too firm at top, and big at bottom. Have a few dresses of similar style, which I love, but this one is an odd fit. Sending back.
