All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us. We use DHL for all international addresses. Please click here for more information about delivery timings.

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons. If your order was cancelled, you should receive an email notification detailing the reason. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange item(s), if you wish to exchange an item(s) please do not send any payments or exchange requests with your returned goods. Please first return your item(s) following the refund will be issued to you. Then place a brand new order on the website for the new item(s) you require.
