Lovin' the Bling
I don't normally wear this shade of blue, but I have a thing for stripes...plus I wanted an excuse to buy the Star pants, so I convinced myself that I needed this. However, I didn't notice the blingy trim on the sleeves, when ordering. Hubby noticed it when I was trying it on for size...after I'd unpacked it...LOL! I was so thrilled, because I also love a little bling! Every time I've worn this, I've had someone comment (positively) on the blingy sleeves, & that's always a good thing. I can vary anywhere from 18-22 in tops, but the 20 in this is perfect for my 159cm, busty frame (& 135cm hips). It's great worn with the star pants, for a casual, blingy leisurely look; but also pairs perfectly with a funky pair of jeans for a slightly smarter, blingy casual look.
Perfect except for the bling
This would be a perfect casual top except that it has two lines on bling in each sleeve- which are not mentioned in the item description. The top is a lovely soft cotton, with lovely shaping and is a great length. I've been looking for a nice sweatshirt without a hood. Sadly I will have to return it.
Comfy and bright
I love this top- true to size and lovely fabric with interesting detail. I purchased the cobalt. rnI also bought the cobalt star pants to make a matching set. rnI was so pleased with my purchases until… when trying the set on to show 3 different family / friends (all viewed separately) each person said “love your new winter pyjamas!” Not sure now if I’ll keep the set but the top is gorgeous.
