Much smaller than expected

I bought this online and returned it in-store. I bought my usual size from TS, but I think I needed at least 2 sizes bigger. When I returned it, the assistant said it was the third one they had had returned that week. I didn't try another size as there was none in store, and I didn't want to wait for one to arrive.
