Natural Floral Shirred Dress in Print

Wow! I’m really impressed with this dress! I am petite height so it is just on my knees (slightly longer at back which is good as I have a “sway back”. I bought my usual size 18 in woven fabric tops or dresses and unlike some styles which I am finding too big lately this one is perfect! It is so flattering and absolutely slimming, pretty and light. It actually makes me feel really good. Dare I say it? Sexy! I hardly ever feel like that in clothes. I feel smart, comfy, trendy, elegant, etc but this just makes me feel smaller, a tad sassy and fabulous! Great higher round shirred neckline which makes me look slimmer across the chest and shoulders (I like it sitting up not off the shoulder), lovely style of 3/4 length sleeves with just the right amount of width and puff on the bottom half (again slims the shoulders and back/chest) and a cute frilled hem. I love the black classic easy to wear background with feminine white “antique garden” type print. This is too special to be a cover up for the beach over swimwear. It will be a normal dress for me but if you’re showering and changing out of swimmers then going for a stroll or out to lunch or dinner after or at the beach this is easy to pack, light and beautiful. It’s my new love! Thank you! It has a slight (dye or chemically treated for export?) smell but in my previous experience with this it should go once out of the plastic bag for a while, especially once it is washed.rnI will wash this by hand or on gentle cycle in a bag with delicates wash and hang inside out as I don’t want it to shrink, fade or be otherwise damaged.
