Nice soft fabric

I wasn't expecting the fabric to be viscose, which has a nice silky feel. It's more dressy because of this. Pros: colours are vibrant, fabric feels nice. Cons: sleeves fall at a very strange place, I have to pull them right up to make it comfortable. I could live without the tassels in the front - a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen! Overall I appreciate having a nice top that I can just throw on over black pants or a skirt and feel comfortable and cute.
