Plain but stylish, dress up or down

This dress is great, a colour that goes with everything, I have added a fancy top with sequins and embroidery to dress it up for a 65th birthday party, very comfortable to wear. Hides all the lumps and bumps if you have any lol.

As a short (163cm), apple shaped woman, I feel really pretty in this dress. Two things to note - the under layer has no stretch, so I found it a little tight when I sat down (could be worth trying on first); and my bra straps show, so I only wear it with an overtop or a jacket. Having said that, it doesn't seem to matter what overtop or jacket I wear it with, it looks so pretty and flattering and I know I will get a lot of use out of this gorgeous dress.
