Rippling Water Shrug

This is such an easy way to add a bit of 'wow' to a outfit. It's a shame it was one size as I feel a bit lost in it so find I need to accessorise it to slim it down a little.

These shrugs are very pretty but I would like to see them in better quality material - silk perhaps? They just look a bit cheap. It's a shame. They could be stunning!
