Large Fit

I am normally an 18 in trousers/shorts. However the 12 in this is too large. I want the 'legs' my PJ shorts to stay put when I sleep and not ride up. I have an XXS Cactus pair from way way way back. They fit perfectly. Please go back to that design and that size. Or make the sizes match trousers.
