You can check the current status of your order here. Please note: if your order is marked as delivered, this means it has been sent from our warehouse, however, it may still be with our partners for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from info@takingshape.com and will be able to check its delivery status directly with Shippit.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled

To amend a delivery address, you can attempt to redirect your parcel by contacting NZ Post directly on 0800 268 7437, or tracking and managing your shipment options here. You will need your tracking number and other identifying information to request a change of delivery address. Please double check your address before confirming your order as once a parcel has been picked up, amending delivery details is beyond our control.

Click & collect is a FREE delivery method and will be available for pick up from your allocated store within 5 -11 business days.

Click & Collect - Bonus $10 In-Store Voucher

Select Click & Collect as your delivery method, and you will receive a $10 voucher when you pick up your parcel. This Bonus $10 In-Store Voucher has no minimum spend, and must be used at time of collection of your parcel.

There’s a maximum of one coupon per day, per customer and subsequent Click & Collect orders placed on the same day will not qualify for a bonus $10 voucher.

Voucher is single-use only – one redemption per customer, per day at the time of the collection. Minimum spend of $10. Applies to purchases on Full Priced, Sale and Clearance Styles. Valid in Taking Shape stores only. Not valid on Takingshape.com, Myer.com or in Myer concept stores. Single use only. Flyer must be relinquished after use.

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order dispatch date. Credit notes can only be redeemed in-store, all credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
