You can check the current status of your order here. Please note: if your order is marked as delivered, this means it has been sent from our warehouse, however, it may still be with our partners for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from info@takingshape.com and will be able to check its delivery status directly with Shippit.

To ensure we get your order to you quickly it may be split with items delivered in seperate parcels.

Click & collect is a FREE delivery method and will be available for pick up from your allocated store within 5 -11 business days.

Extended 60 day Returns apply for purchases made between 1st December – 31st December

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order dispatch date. To be eligible for return, the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy must be met. For more information on how to return an online purchase, see our returns section on the website.

Credit notes can only be redeemed in-store, all credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed in stores & online in the currency of issue.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in Taking Shape Myer Stores.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Afterpay Returns

Online Orders can be returned to Taking Shape stores for a refund inline with our Returns Policy. If you paid using Afterpay you will need to have the Afterpay Card for the store to process your refund.

To obtain the Afterpay Card, download the Afterpay App, click the Cards Tab and follow the prompts to add the card to your digital wallet.

If you do not have the Afterpay Card, then you will receive your refund as a Gift Card or Credit Note.

  • Apple Pay is available for purchases in stores and online.
  • You can use any debit or credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express when paying with Apple Pay.
  • Apple Pay can be used in conjunction with Taking Shape Rewards Vouchers and Gift Cards.

Applepay Returns

Online orders can be returned in-store at Taking Shape for a refund as per our Returns Policy.

  • PayPal is available for purchases in AU Stores and Online.
  • PayPal cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  • PayPal can be used for purchases up to $2,000.
  • PayPal can be used in conjunction with Taking Shape Rewards Vouchers and Gift Cards.
