You can check the current status of your order here. Please note: if your order is marked as delivered, this means it has been sent from our warehouse, however, it may still be with our partners for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from info@takingshape.com and will be able to check its delivery status directly with Shippit.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled

To amend a delivery address, you can attempt to redirect your parcel by contacting NZ Post directly on 0800 268 7437, or tracking and managing your shipment options here. You will need your tracking number and other identifying information to request a change of delivery address. Please double check your address before confirming your order as once a parcel has been picked up, amending delivery details is beyond our control.

Click & collect is a FREE delivery method and will be available for pick up from your allocated store within 5 -11 business days.

Click & Collect - Bonus $10 In-Store Voucher

Select Click & Collect as your delivery method, and you will receive a $10 voucher when you pick up your parcel. This Bonus $10 In-Store Voucher must be used at time of collection of your parcel.

One $10 voucher redeemable per item. Minimum spend of $10. Applies to purchases on Full Priced, Already Reduced Sale, and Clearance Styles. Valid in Taking Shape stores only. Not valid on Takingshape.com, Myer.com or in Myer concept stores. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards. No change given.

Returns on purchases where a voucher was used will be issued a credit note.

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order dispatch date. To be eligible for return, the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy must be met. For more information on how to return an online purchase, see our returns section on the website.

Credit notes can only be redeemed in-store, all credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
