Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your address is complete and correct when going through checkout. Orders where NZ Post have deemed the address incorrect or insufficient may result in delayed delivery, lost parcels or parcels returned to our fulfilment centre. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled. To amend a delivery address, please contact NZ Post directly.

Once processed, Click & Collect orders generally take 5-11 business days to arrive in store.
To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card or driver’s license.
Yes. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.
Once your order arrives in store, you will have 5 weeks to collect it.
No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, the designation Click & Collect store cannot be changed. However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of NZD$9.95.
No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed from Click & Collect to Home Delivery (or vice versa). However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of NZD$9.95.
