How long do Black Friday sales last?

We haven’t released our amazing Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals for 2025 yet but if you want to be the first to know, make sure to subscribe to our loyalty program and you will be the first to receive full updates, tips, tricks and further promos.

What will be included in Black Friday sales?

There will be so many amazing Taking Shape items on sale in 2025. For full details closer to the time and through the rest of the year, make sure you subscribe to our mailing list so you can snap up the best bargains before they’re gone.

What is the returns policy during this period?

For all items purchased between 25th November 2024 and 31st January 2025, we have an extended returns offer meaning you have 60 days to return your item. If you are not happy with your online purchase outside of this time, you can return it within the usual 30 days since purchase. To be eligible for return, the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy must be met. You can see full returns details here.

Can I use additional promotional codes or coupons during Black Friday?

Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales have now ended. However, you can use any valid coupons, discount codes or redeem members points through purchases on the website as long as the T&Cs are valid.

What payment options can I use during Black Friday sales?

All of our usual payment options will be available for use throughout the year. This includes Mastercard, VISA, American Express, AfterPay, ApplePay and PayPal.

Can I get free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all online purchases over $90 in Australia or $100 in New Zealand.
