Light weight pants for summer or.winter

Bought these to travel in , have other castaway pants that I love . I have found this ‘full length’ version to be short in the leg and a small size .

Too short

I have these in Navy & brown. I bought the navy ones about 18 months ago. Then the brown ones. Both are a great fit. Then I saw the olive in the sale. So I sent for them. Well, they are a good 4 cms shorter than the navy. I purchased them in the clearance section, so I can't send them back. I've decided to wear them around the house. But they keep riding up. Im going to take the elastic out of the gem & see it that helps. I wonder if they were in clearance because they are too short.

No baggage cargo pants (very light)

Love my cypress green Castaway cargos,12s fit well (even after final 5kg comes off they'll still fit great, with a bit extra wriggle room). I generally avoid long pants with elasticated leg cuffs, but these stay nice n straight along inside legs to ankles (no bow-legged John Wayne cowboy look). These are a cinch to wash, quick dry and non-iron (unless you simply can't resist). I hang all my long pants inside-out by leg hems so waist/pockets (thickest part) can flap about in slightest breeze (I often finish them off draped over bars of portable airing racks on wheels which I move around to follow sun throughout day). I'll probably buy these in more colours. Another great addition to my ever-expanding wardrobe!
