  • Your order will be sent from our Australian fulfilment centre using registered NZ Post international air mail.
  • If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of its delivery, local postal guidelines will apply.
  • New Zealand orders do not incur Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax), however, local duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. Such charges are NOT included in the order and are payable by the customer. To find out more information, please contact your local customs office.

We endeavour to have your parcel delivered as soon as possible. However, unavoidable delays can occur. If you have not received your purchase in the time frame provided, please contact us. Due to stock availability, your order may be split with items delivered separately.

Please ensure your address is complete and correct when going through checkout. Orders where NZ Post have deemed the address incorrect or insufficient may result in delayed delivery, lost parcels or parcels returned to our fulfilment centre.

Click & Collect is a FREE delivery method.

All full-priced and sale styles are available for Click & Collect. Clearance styles are not available for Click & Collect. If you have a clearance item in your order, you will not be able to select Click & Collect as a delivery method.

Click & Collect is available for all New Zealand stores.

Once processed, Click & Collect orders generally take 4-11 business days to arrive in store.

To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card or driver’s license.

Yes. You are able to list a nominated person when placing your order. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.

Once your order arrives in store, you will have 5 weeks to collect it.

  • You will receive an Order Collection Email when your order arrives in store.
  • If you order is not collected within 2 weeks, you will receive an Order Collect Reminder Email.
  • If you order is not collected within 4 weeks, the store will telephone you to arrange a collection time.
  • If you order is not collected within 5 weeks, it will be returned to the online store and a refund will be processed.

No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, the designation Click & Collect store cannot be changed. However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of NZD$9.95.

No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed from Click & Collect to Home Delivery (or vice versa). However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of NZD$9.95.
