I’ve just returned from a train trip through Europe. I didn’t wear my denim jacket at all, but this jacket I wore every single day! It was incredibly warm, but never hot. Great for whether really cool or just plain cold! It is probably the best item I have bought this year. T-shirt underneath or a long sleeved top. Love it!

So lightweight but warm

I like the shorter length of this jacket; it’s the same length as most denim jackets. I bought my correct size and it is the right comfortable fit for a jacket, and is still loose enough over shirts. However, I don’t think there would be enough room for a thick jumper. Anyway, the idea is to use this jacket instead of a thick jumper, so you can take it off inside. It is so lightweight and squashes down to nothing, so is ideal for travelling. A denim jacket is too bulky and a cardigan has to be the right colour for each outfit, but this gorgeous coffee brown will suit everything. My new green reversible jacket (same size) zips up comfortably over it, so I’m covered for really cold Alaskan weather. It is coming flying with me next week!

Just what I needed

This little puffer jacket was just what I needed. It is very lightweight and feels warm the moment you pop it on. Love the stand up collar and no hood, it is much shorter than I would usually buy. I bought my usual size 18 and it is hip length on my 162cm. I had been looking for a little jacket to wear under my unlined waterproof Stoney Creek jacket, it will add that warm mid layer without the weight or bulk of a fleece. It folds into an internal pocket making ideal for cramming in your hand luggage.

A great jacket for on the run, going from outdoor to indoor as it folds up and fits in your bag. A very lightweight jacket but is warm. It is shorter than other TS14+ jackets.
