From 1st July 2026 the Rewards Program Terms & Conditions have been updated. Members can now earn points on all purchases – Full Price, Sale and Clearance Styles, plus Full Price, Sale and Clearance Styles on promotion.

If you are already a member of the Rewards Program you don’t need to do anything – you will automatically be a Member of Rewards Extra.

On July 1st of each year, the Taking Shape Rewards Program will begin a brand new Program Year.

All Taking Shape Rewards Program will be reset to zero so that all members begin the new Program Year on Zero (0) Points and have the chance to start earning Reward Vouchers all over again.

This only applies to any points earnt between 1st July to 30th June. Any points earnt on the 1st July will not be reset.

No, your Membership with the Taking Shape Rewards Program will be automatically transferred to the new Program Year. We will only discontinue your Taking Shape Rewards Program membership upon your request.

Your Rewards Tier - Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Asset and Points Balance will also be assessed. To keep your current Taking Shape Rewards tier, you need to have earned the equivalent number of points this year:

Eg. To remain a Diamond Taking Shape Rewards Asset Level, you need to have earned 2500 Points between 1st July and 30th June.

If you haven’t earned the number of points required, then your Asset Level will be updated to reflect your Points Balance.

Eg. If you were a Diamond Taking Shape Rewards Asset Level and earned 1750 Points through the year, you have not earnt the 2500 required to keep being Diamond. You will then start the new Taking Shape Rewards Program Year as a Platinum Taking Shape Rewards Member.

Eg. If you were a Gold Taking Shape Rewards Asset Level and earned 698 Points through the year, you have not earnt the 750 required to keep being Gold. You will then start the new Taking Shape Rewards Program Year as a Silver Taking Shape Rewards Member.

Eg. If you were a Diamond Taking Shape Rewards Asset Level and earned 857 Points throughout the year, you have not earnt the 2500 required to keep being Diamond. You will then start the new Taking Shape Rewards Program Year as a Gold Taking Shape Rewards Member.

At the end of a Program Year each member’s points balance is reset to Zero (0) and do not carry over into subsequent years.

As you shop through the next year, you will earn more points that will then turn into Rewards Vouchers to spend.

All Points, including Leftover Points, are reset to begin the new Program Year. Points cannot be carried over into a New Year.

No, any outstanding Vouchers you have will remain valid until their expiry date.

Yes, if you moved up an Asset Level during June you will still receive your Rewards Voucher. Your Points will not be reset until all Vouchers for June have been issued.

Points are earned for the full amount of a Buy Now, Pay Later payment plan on the day the plan is started.

When making a return Points are deducted from a Taking Shape Rewards Member’s profile. This means that any returns processed on or after July 1st will deduct Points from your profile.

Email is also the primary means of communication for offers, promotions, event invitations and any updates or changes to the Taking Shape Rewards Program. Therefore, to be a Member of the Taking Shape Rewards Program you must have a valid, unique email address.

You can get a free email address at gmail.com, hotmail.com or yahoo.com.

No, it is not recommended. If you use someone else’s email address they may not always pass on your Rewards or Birthday Vouchers or other valuable information and you’ll miss out! Also, that person would not be able to join the Taking Shape Rewards Program as each Member requires a unique email address.

No, as part of the Terms & Conditions, Membership must be on an individual basis.

The Taking Shape Rewards Program Year runs from 1st July to 30th June the following year.

No, points are cumulative during a Program Year and do not carry over into subsequent years. At the end of a Program Year the points balance is reset to Zero (0). However all Members will maintain the Asset Level they achieved at the end of the Program Year for the following year (eg. If at 30th June, you have reached Platinum Asset Level, you will remain at Platinum Asset Level from 1st July and will receive the corresponding benefits).

Eligible reward points for online orders will be applied only once the order has been dispatched. Points can take up to 48 hours to show in your Member Profile. If you've checked and you are still missing points please contact our Taking Shape Rewards Customer Service Team at customercare@takingshape.com.

Periodically we will run Bonus Point events where you have the ability to earn points faster (eg. Rather than $1 = 1 point, it may be $1 = 2 points). You will be notified via email of these Bonus Point events.

No, the purchase of a Gift Card does not qualify for earning any points. When the Gift Card is redeemed, this purchase will earn points for the customer using the Gift Card.

Rewards Vouchers are issued via email in the first full week of the month, for levels reached the previous month (eg. In the first week of August, customers will receive a Rewards Voucher based on their Points balance & Asset Level as at 31st July). Rewards Vouchers will only be issued when the next Asset Level is reached based on the points you’ve earned.

Rewards Vouchers can only be redeemed on Full Priced Styles.

• Log in to your Taking Shape Rewards Program Member Profile and click on the Rewards & Benefits tab. You will be able to see all Rewards Vouchers that you’ve been issued – this may be redeemed In Store (a Fashion Stylist will be able to look up your Account) or Online (where you will be prompted at Checkout to use the Rewards Voucher)

If you are a Diamond or Platinum Taking Shape Rewards Member then you will receive FREE Standard Delivery for all Orders. FREE Standard Delivery for Diamond and Platinum Taking Shape Rewards Members is available for orders being sent to Australia and New Zealand or Internationally.

You are able to return or exchange merchandise in accordance with our Returns Policy. When making a return you will be required to produce your Taking Shape Rewards Asset Card. Any points accrued will be deducted from your Taking Shape Rewards Program Account (eg. If you purchased an item for $119.95, you will have accrued 119 Points; if this item is returned – 119 Points will be removed from your Taking Shape Rewards Program Membership).

In a Boutique - You are able to return or exchange merchandise in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you purchased an item using a Voucher (either a Rewards or Birthday Voucher) and wish to return it; a refund will be processed for the amount paid by credit card / cash and the remaining balance will be refunded back to a credit note to be used in-store only.
