I am sure the picture of this item is misleading.. Received only one layer of the 'Shadow mesh tunic' without bottom layer dress with frills. Disappointing the frills dress (bottom layer) can not be purchased as it is sold out.

Great fit and nice and light fabric. You can't really tell from the picture, but there is a second layer of fabric which sits around the back from hip to hip. Love the length.
