Unexpected Disappointment

Love the pattern; very disappointed with product. Ordered both towel and hooded towel. Agree with the other reviewers and should have listened. The fabric is horrble; has no resemblance to towelling and is much more like a flannel backed tablecloth. 3ven at a dicounted price it is too expensive!

Brilliant concept - badly executed

Was so disappointed when this arrived - wanted it to wear from pool to room when on holidays - hoped it would soak up water after towelling off. Like other reviewers thought the description meant it would be made of thin absorbent microfibre like that used in hair towels - as sick of the drips that follow you when you wear swimmers with a high elastin content and you don't want to stay in pool areas once you get out. - What were the designers thinking to make this with a internal plasticised coating - would like to return but can't as have used it.

Not what I expected

There are 2 press studs each side that keep popping on me. It would have been better to just stitch each side closed, which I’ve had to do. Same as previous review material on inside plastic coated thinly. It Might have been better to have used those thin super absorbent towels sewed together. Great idea for Aqua aerobics, but not quite executed quite right.

Ridiculously thin

Folds up very small, so small I wouldn’t have purchased if I saw it in store. It only folds up small because it’s ridiculously thin. Not towel material at all. I wanted it for my daughter to be able to wear swimming but I feel like we’ll still need to take a towel too. It absorbs water, but then it’s saturated so there’s no way it will be used for drying hair for example. Think of it as a beach cover up perhaps. Not a very useful towel. Will certainly not grab onto sand like normal towels at least. But at least half as thin, (maybe a quarter?) as the sand free towels we have. White on the inside.
