Click and collect purchase will also be available for collection from stores that have re-opened.
Due to the volume of orders, our fulfilment time is longer than normal. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed in our warehouse.
Our delivery partners are also experiencing higher than normal volumes and have advised longer delivery times than normal.
You can check the current status of your order here. Please note: if your order is marked as delivered, this means it has been sent from our warehouse, however, it may still be with our partners for delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from email@example.com and will be able to check its delivery status directly with Shippit.
To ensure we get your order to you quickly it may be split with items delivered in seperate parcels.
We extended our returns policy to 120 days for in-store and online purchases made between 1 March and 19 May 2020. For more information on how to return an online purchase, see our returns section on the website.
Credit notes can only be redeemed in-store, all credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
