Interview Process

Our interview process allows us a chance to understand your experience and aspirations, plus provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about Taking Shape.

The interview process is a series of interviews managed by our People & Culture Team and supported by our Store and Retail Support Centre Teams.

All positions at Taking Shape will go through a two stage interview process and reference checks. On occasion, our interview process may differ depending on the nature and level of the position. All interviews are guided by behavioural questions to best determine your fit to the position and Taking Shape.

We encourage our applicants to be themselves and come prepared with any questions they have so they can better understand the positon and how Taking Shape supports their career aspirations.

Interview Tips

We want to set you up for success, so here are a few ideas to assist you with your preparation for our recruitment process;

  • Research Taking Shape to ensure you have a good understanding of company purpose, goals and values
