The interview process is a series of interviews managed by our People & Culture Team and supported by our Store and Retail Support Centre Teams.
All positions at Taking Shape will go through a two stage interview process and reference checks. On occasion, our interview process may differ depending on the nature and level of the position. All interviews are guided by behavioural questions to best determine your fit to the position and Taking Shape.
