Click & Collect is a FREE delivery method.

Click & Collect is available for all Australian Taking Shape boutiques and clearance stores. It is not available for Myer stores.

Click and collect will be available for pick up from your allocated store within 5 business days. Delivery times for WA, NT and some regional areas may be longer than 5-11 business days due to travel delays.

To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card, Medicare card or driver’s license.

Yes. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.

Once your order arrives in store, you will have 5 weeks to collect it.

• You will receive an Order Collection Email when your order arrives in store.
• If you order is not collected within 2 weeks, you will receive an Order Collect Reminder Email.
• If you order is not collected within 4 weeks, the store will telephone you to arrange a collection time.
• If you order is not collected within 5 weeks, it will be returned to the online store and a refund will be processed.

No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, the designation Click & Collect store cannot be changed. However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of AUD$9.95.

No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed from Click & Collect to Home Delivery (or vice versa). However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of AUD$9.95.

You can return or exchange your Click & Collect Order to any Australian Taking Shape Boutique or our online store. For more information, view our Returns Policy.

Yes. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. You can also track your Click & Collect order by signing into your account. To find out more, view our Track Your Order page.

Select Click & Collect as your delivery method, and you will receive a $10 voucher when you pick up your parcel. This Bonus $10 In-Store Voucher must be used at time of collection of your parcel.

One $10 voucher redeemable per item. Minimum spend of $10. Applies to purchases on Full Priced, Already Reduced Sale, and Clearance Styles. Valid in Taking Shape stores only. Not valid on Takingshape.com, Myer.com or in Myer concept stores. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards. No change given.

Returns on purchases where a voucher was used will be issued a credit note.
