• Enter their details at TakingShape.com between 00:01 AEDT Monday 13th January 2025 and 23:59 AEDT Sunday 2nd February 2025 compromising of:

• Surname
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Transaction Number
3. Customers must provide their name, email address and telephone number as part of the entry submission.
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand over 18 years of age. Employees of TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd, TS14+ New Zealand Pty Ltd, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Limit one entry per transaction.
5. The competition commences 13th January 2025 at 00:01 (AEDT) and closes 2nd February 2025 at 23:59 (AEDT).
6. Time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is submitted.
7. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
8. There will be one (1) winner of the prize consisting of:

13. Prize must be claimed by 1:30pm on Wednesday 19th February 2025 (AEDT).
14. If prize is unclaimed, Second Chance Draw winner will be selected by computer generated random selection.
15. Second Chance winner will be drawn on Wednesday 19th February 2025 at TS14+ Australia (96 Herbert St, Northcote 3070) at 4pm (AEDT).

The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Neither is the Promoter responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
20. The winner(s) is responsible for any additional expenses in redeeming the prize.
21. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
22. Prize values are based upon the Australian recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
23. To redeem this prize, the promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

25. The prize, Taking Shape Gift Card can only be redeemed in Taking Shape Boutiques, Clearance Stores or Online at TakingShape.com. They cannot be redeemed in Taking Shape Myer Concept Stores or on Myer.com.
26. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary and valid travel documentation including, passports, any requisite visas and vaccinations. The winner and their travel companions will be responsible for any expenses incurred in obtaining necessary travel documentation, including any fines, or penalties incurred as a result of not having the requisite travel documentation. Itineraries are not guaranteed.
27. The Prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel within the nominated period, or does not take an element of the Prize within the time stipulated then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
28. The Prize is subject to availability. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, The Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to substantially equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
29. In participating in the prize, winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all media editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
30. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify TS14+ Australia Pty Ltd. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to TS14+.
31. The Promoters’ decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
32. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
33. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters’ ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
