How do I buy a Digital Gift Card?

Digital Gift Cards can only be purchased online. Order in whole denominations between $30-$500, enter the recipient's name, email address and a personalised message, and it will be emailed to them.

  • Choose a specific delivery date and time, or have it sent within 24 hours
  • Redeemable online and in Taking Shape Boutiques or Clearance Stores (not Myer stores)
  • You can only order one of each denomination per transaction

Occasionally an order may be subject to a fraud check, which can delay delivery until the following business day.

How do I buy a Physical Gift Card?
  • Can be purchased online or in any Taking Shape Boutique or Clearance Store
  • Available up to a value of $500
  • Redeemable online and in Taking Shape Boutiques or Clearance Stores (not Myer stores)
  • Cards purchased online are sent securely and can be tracked
How do I redeem my Gift Card in-store?

Simply present your physical card, or your digital card from your email, to a fashion stylist in-store. It can be used to purchase any merchandise you choose.

How do I redeem my Gift Card online?
  • Select Gift Card on the Checkout page
  • Enter your Gift Card number and PIN
  • Select "Add Gift Card"
How do I check my Gift Card balance and expiry date?

Log in to your account online, go to My Account, and select Gift Card Balance. Alternatively, check your balance here. Enter your Gift Card number and PIN, then select Check Balance.

Can I use my Gift Card in another country?

No, a Gift Card can only be redeemed in the country and currency it was issued in. For example, Gift Cards in AUD must be redeemed in Taking Shape Australia stores or online at Taking Shape Australia.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be reissued if lost, so please keep them somewhere safe and secure.

Can I cancel my Gift Card for a refund?

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
