What information about myself do I need to give?

When you book online, simply select your preferred store, date, and time for your Personal Styling Experience. To ensure we cater to you, let us know your sizing, fit preferences, and any specific details about yourself. Your dedicated in-store Stylist will contact you before your session to confirm your booking and prepare a selection of fabulous outfits.

How long will a Personal Styling Experience take?

It is entirely up to you! We have a variety of styling experiences to choose from, with options from 30 minutes to as long as you need. Just tell us what you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to make it happen. Book in-store or online to explore your options and customise your styling journey.

What can I expect when I arrive for my session?

When you step into our store, a curated selection of outfits will be waiting for you in a private dressing room, ready for you to try on and discover what’s new and what best suits you.

Is this service available at every Taking Shape location?

Personal Styling Experiences are available in all Taking Shape stores. Product availability may vary from store to store. To confirm availability at your preferred store, please check our store locations or fill out our convenient online booking form.

Can I bring a friend along to my Styling Session?

We will try to accommodate you if you have a preferred stylist. This will depend on staffing and availability.

Do I need to buy anything?

No need to worry about buying anything! Your styling experience is completely obligation-free.

Do I need to bring anything? What do I wear to my session?

You do not need to bring anything specific. As for what to wear, we suggest comfortable clothing and a supportive bra for the best experience.
