You can check the current status of your order here. All parcels are sent from our Melbourne warehouse, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us and will be able to check its delivery status directly with Shippit which includes a tracking number. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled.

The best way to amend, track and manage your order is with the AusPost website or via the AusPost app. Simply download the app and log-in with the same email address you use when purchasing from us – your order will be added to the app for tracking. You can also receive updates about the delivery via the app, and you’ll be able to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on the move.

Click & collect is a FREE delivery method and will be available for pick up from your allocated store within 5 -11 business days. Delivery times for WA, NT and some regional areas may be longer than 5 business days due to travel delays.

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order dispatch date. To be eligible for return, the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy must be met. For more information on how to return an online purchase, see our returns section on the website.

Credit notes can only be redeemed in-store, all credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
