A really nice Tunic

I really like this tunic & have been complimented on it quite a lot. My only issue is that at the front along the stud panel it puckers since I washed it the first time. I have tried to pull it back into shape but it bounces back. I washed it carefully on my delicate cycle. I am not sure if it has happened to others but it most certainly has to the garment I purchased. Disappointing given the price I paid for it.
