Track your order

We use Australia Post E-Parcel Standard Delivery for all orders. To check the progress of your order, log in to your Taking Shape Account.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your order status.

Status Terms
Pending Your order has been successfully recieved in our system
Card validated Your order is now being packed in our warehouse.
Dispatched Your payment has been processed and your order is with Australia Post for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it directly with Australia Post. To do so, you will need your tracking number, which can be found in the Order Dispatch Email sent to the email address you provided when completing your order.
