Taking Shape Gift Cards

Need a last minute gift? It’s as simple as ordering Online, entering the recipient’s details (Name, Email Address & Personalised message) and your gift will be emailed to them!

• Can only be purchased Online
• Available in whole denominations between $30-$500
• Digital Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient within 2 hours of purchase*
• Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed Online and in Taking Shape Boutiques or Clearance Stores
• Digital Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in Myer Stores
• You can only order 1 of each denomination within a single transaction (eg. 1 x $30 Digital Gift Card, 1 x $50 Digital Gift Card)

*Occasionally a Digital Gift Card order will be subject to a fraud check, this may result in the Digital Gift Card not being emailed until the following business day.

• Physical Gift Cards can be redeemed Online and in Taking Shape Boutiques or Clearance Stores
• Physical Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in Myer Stores
• Physical Gift Cards purchased online will be sent securely and able to be tracked

Simply show your physical or digital gift card (email) to the fashion stylist in-store

• Select Gift Card on the Checkout page
• Enter the Gift Card Number and PIN
• Select Add Gift Card button

You can check the balance on a gift card when logged into your account online

• Go to the My account area
• Select Gift Card Balance
  • Alternatively check your balance here
• Enter Gift Card number and PIN
• Select Check Balance

No, Gift Card can only be redeemed in the country / currency of issue. Eg. Gift Cards in NZD must be redeemed in New Zealand Stores or Online at TakingShape.com/NZ

Unfortunately Gift Cards cannot be reissued if lost, so please keep them in a safe and secure place.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
