Allow these pants to do double duty, by wearing them rolled down, or roll them up with the tab and button for a cropped look.

Just what I was looking for. Good length to hide my cankles and they are so cool and comfortable in the heat. I love the detail even though I will not be rolling them up. I would like to see these even slightly longer and in more colours to add to my summer wardrobe.

They won't stay at the 'cropped' length.

I really like 7/8 length pants, and I thought I could 'roll them up with the tab and button for a cropped look', as stated in the 'About This Item' info. But since the tab and button are only on the outer side of each pant leg, there's nothing to hold them up on the inner side, and so they just roll down again, not only on the inner side but pretty much all the way around - apart from where the button is. Ironing the rolled fabric still doesn't hold them in place after walking, or even sitting, if you sit with one knee crossed over the other, as many women do. And if I paid to have them sewn in place, they couldn't then also be worn full length. Very disappointing.

These pants are lovely and cool and comfortable to wear as well as looking smart and casual. I bought them in black and would be very tempted to buy more in other colours.
