What a wonderful experience I had in the New Plymouth store on Thursday. Christine, the Salesperson went out of her way to help me. Both she and another delightful lady, whose name escapes me i’m sorry, went that extra mile when serving me. Taking Shape is not a store I normally venture in to as I was of the opinion they didn’t sell smaller sizes, however I discovered that they do actually stock some xxs. Christine and her colleague brought me Lots of different garments to try on and suggested many options. They could not have been more helpful, for which i was really grateful. Thank you for your wonderful service. Well done!
