I wasn’t sure about this dress but very pleasantly surprised when I tried it on. It looks great with long boots or sneakers so I can see that it will be versatile. I have added a pop of colour to it by accessorising with a bright necklace or a scarf. Don’t walk past this dress - give it a try

This is a great staple dress. It is stretchy, comfortable, and has such a cute length that is fashionably short without being too risky (I am 5'7')! It does have a fairly full and loose skirt though, so when faced with a true Wellington gust of wind it is prone to inducing a Marilyn moment. I went down a size from my usual for this, as the fabric is quite stretchy. All in all a great basic, and I love wearing it under my fluffy knit cardigans :)
