rough and catches on things

I bought the Radiance necklace and matching bracelet. They look nice but the rough surface of the necklace caught on my clothes and even pinched my skin. Likewise the bracelet. I won't be able to wear them. Disappointed as I was looking for a gold necklace in that style.

I bought this necklace to wear with a particular TS jacket and it is perfect however it catches on the jacket constantly up around the neck so am not going to be able to wear it...such a shame because it is a beautiful necklace.
