Full Terms & Conditions – “Find TS in the Wild” Competition

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Taking Shape, ABN 69 032 764 154, with a registered office at 96 Herbert Street, Northcote, VIC 3070..
2. Eligibility
   Open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
   Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   Employees (and their immediate families) of Taking Shape and its related agencies are not eligible.
3. Competition Period
   Opens: Tuesday, 2 June 2025
   Closes: Sunday, 6 July 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST
   Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
   Participants may enter via Facebook or Instagram, but only one (1) entry per person will be accepted across both platforms.
   
   Facebook Entry Requirements:
   • Find a Taking Shape billboard or branded placement in a public location (e.g., on buildings, buses, trains, or trams).
   • Take a photo of the display.
   • Upload the photo in the comments section of the official competition post on the Taking Shape Facebook page.
   • Like the Taking Shape Facebook page.
   Instagram Entry Requirements (Feed Posts Only):
   • Find a Taking Shape billboard or branded placement in a public location (e.g., on buildings, buses, trains, or trams).
   • Take a photo of the display.
   • Upload the photo to your Instagram feed (no stories).
   • Tag @takingshapestyle in the image/post.
   • Follow @takingshapestyle on Instagram.
   • Ensure your Instagram account is public at the time of entry and winner selection.
   • Instagram Stories will not be considered as valid entries.
5. Prize Details
   One (1) winner will receive a Taking Shape gift card valued at $5,000 AUD or NZD (depending on the winner's country of residence).
   The gift card is valid for use online at takingshape.com or in Taking Shape retail stores.
   The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and non-refundable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
   One winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and clarity of their photo, as judged by the Taking Shape marketing team.
   The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger (if entered via Facebook) or Instagram Direct Message (if entered via Instagram) on Monday, 7 July 2025.
   The winner must respond and claim the prize within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture, and another winner may be selected.
7. Content Usage
   By entering, participants grant Taking Shape a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their submitted images in any promotional materials, including social media, email, website, and print.
8. Privacy
   All personal information will be handled in accordance with Taking Shape’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be used for the administration of this competition and related promotional purposes.
9. General Conditions
   Only one entry per person will be accepted across both platforms.
   Taking Shape reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrants who do not comply with these Terms or submit misleading or inappropriate content.
   Taking Shape reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
