These boots are an incredibly soft leather, let down by a hard plastic sole, plastic heel and rather long toe box - almost an inch longer than my toe even in my normal size, which therefore causes slipping. I wish I could return them, they are absolutely awful when wearing on a hard surface, causing jarring with every step. Woeful quality sole, beautiful boot. TS, bring these out with a rubber sole and heel like the tan ones and they would be a winner.

The lining is only partial leather and the memory foam insole is very thin on top of a hard plastic sole. Had to buy inner soles after an hour in them, too firm and not enough padding.

I had been eyeing these off for ages and when they became 50% off I took it as a sign! Even my very fussy daughter thinks they are really cute (and wants to know why they aren’t in a narrower fitting so they fit her feet). Great boots. True to size. You won’t regret buying some!

I believe these are the most lovely boots TS has brought out in many years. The leather is soft and supple and fit is wide but may not be suitable for orthotics. The elastic does cut into wider calves (like mine, creating a bulge) but figure they will stretch over time and the lining is synthetic/leather, not full leather as stated. Not much grip on the outer sole. They are very comfortable but may need innersoles as the footbed is rather firm and padding is thin, zero arch support which is disappointing. I did purchase, but bought memory foam insoles with arch support. They look lovely with leggings and skirts, dressy but casual too.
