I'm generally a TS size 12 or xxs and these tights fit absolutely perfectly! They feel fantastic on and I don't feel as though they're too big at all. For the first time with tights I don't feel strangled by this fabric and style. They are true to size and comfortable. Will absolutely fit the size range as stated. Great fit.
