Felt sorely let down

Purchased this gorgeous cardigan/jacket to go with heaps of TS clothing for those not so cold days and nights. Absolutely loved it till I wore it. Pilling occurred almost immediately. Seriously disillusioned. After de-pilling it I wore it and it pilled even more. Took to outlet so they could advise their supplier of the problem. Never experienced anything like this with other clothing purchased through TS. They very kindly provided me with a store credit which I appreciate. But I really loved the cardigan and now feel very bland minus the lovely mustardy gold colour. It was a real ‘standout piece’
