The bag itself is well-made and stylish. I loved everything about it but the shoulder strap is a major issue. The clips for the shoulder strap were diagonal on the bag and it consistently slips off my shoulder, even when I'm just walking normally. This is incredibly frustrating and makes the bag difficult to use. I'd recommend this bag only if you're prepared to deal with the constant slipping or happy to carry the bag in your hands.

Loved the style and shape of bag - however it kept falling off my shoulder and I wonder if it has to do with the crossed shoulder strap. Unfortunately I returned it after using it for a day which is a shame but couldn’t continue with it not staying on my shoulder
